To proceed to the test, please follow the instructions bellow :
Press the juice from a lemon. Pour the same quantity the juice in two identical glasses.
Make sure that neither the lemon nor the juice have stayed at a distance less than two meters of the Placemat before or during the preparation.
Place one of the glasses on your Placemat. Place the other glass at a distance of more than two meters.
Cover both glasses and wait for about 15 minutes.
Taste the juice of each glass, starting with the one placed on the Placemat.
Observe the différence (smell, flavour, acidity, mouth sensation, …).
You may further test other products (wine, fruits, etc.),always follow the procedure described above. 15 minutes are not always necessary.
The duration might be shorter, depending on the quality of the products.
This test can be carried out with all the products of the gama "Ataraxya®" stemming from the P.I.E System®
