A vibratory world

The more we progress in the world exploration, the more we realise all is vibratory. Electricity , magnetism (polarities + -), light, sounds, colours, form waves, heat... are vibrations.
All our world is constituted of vibrations.
Let us take the example of light. During a long time, light was not considered as a vibration.
Thanks to the development of very specific tools one could discover that light was a vibration, and could even determine its speed, qualify its frequency, identify its different wavelength, establish the composition and the extent of its spectrum. It was discovered that our eyes only perceive a limited part of the light spectrum (ultraviolet and infrared rays being invisible to us).

We see, with this example, the inevitable gap between the reality of physical phenomena which govern our world and the knowledge we have of them. This gap has always existed. What was considered as true yesterday, might not be true today anymore. Our understanding of phenomena and laws of the living world progresses continuously. But each progress remains dependent on the limit of our means and tools of investigation, observation and measurement. The microbe existed long before the invention of the microscope... However we needed the development of this device to have the certainty of the existence of the microbe and, consequently, have all the medicine approach being changed.

These waves which saturate us

We realise today that human activity and the use of numerous technologies inevitably modify our natural environment.
Let us take the example of technologies which use electricity and emit waves. It has become very difficult to imagine the sum of waves emitted from all over. So it has become difficult to imagine the fulgurate growth of the variety, the quantity and the intensity of these waves: electrical appliances, radio frequencies, screens, computers, high voltage lines, radars, satellites, wireless phones, gsm, wi-fi, etc...
Electricity generates systematically and permanently an electromagnetic field. Until now, this magnetic field has not been proved harmful in itself. But the amount of exposure keeps increasing. Then one can wonder if in this situation of accumulation we are not subjected to an "overdose"?
But presently the harmfulness of this overdose is not measurable, except by instruments which do not have "sufficient experience" to be accepted by scientific circles. What shall we do then?
Should we wait that more acute devices are developed to be concerned by potential disturbances? Should we wait that already existing indicator devices are recognised as 100% reliable ? (for example, sensitive crystallisation or devices that enable the measuring of the energetic activity of meridians and organs etc…)

What if the harmfulness of an overdose cannot be demonstrated, couldn't our body be used as indicator?
With its perception capacity, isn't the human body the best device, even if, of course, it is subjective?
Thus, when working in an office, central point of modern technologies (computers, screens, printers, fax, scanners, photocopiers, etc....), one can easily perceive a feeling of greater tiredness than in full nature...
Doesn’t the Human being, with his function of Human being, have the possibility to be a "Researcher" , thanks to his device: the Body ?. And doesn't any research move forward because at a certain time, this body felt stressed, diminished, which pushes us to seek for a solution?

The P.I.E System®

The objective of the PIE system® is to try bringing an answer to these disturbances which weaken us. It is based on the traditional statement that all is vibratory, statement which tends more and more to be justified by the march of the progresses of our world exploration.
Because all emits a vibration, couldn't a Balance vibration exist (Chi, Prana, Tachyons) ?. This Balance vibration (or re-balancing, or harmonising) would not suppress the harmful vibration, but would diminish the upsetting disturbances it generates at the level of the human being.
